We are Microgeneration certified (MCS) installers .This means we have completed rigorous testing and assessment under the government's MCS accreditation programme. You can therefore be certain that the quality of our survey, assessment of system performance and installation are second to none.

We are one of a handful of companies to pass the MCS assessments first time with zero non-conformities and we use only the highest quality MCS approved equipment in all of our installations.

We have installed hundreds of renewable energy systems across the North East region and we are proud to have been awarded both SANYO PV 'Premium Installer' and MITSUBISHI 'ecodan' Heatpump accredited installer status.

We are  members of the Renewable Energy Assurance which means that we are governed by the very high standards set out in the REAL consumer code. We therefore must conform to the REA standard of practice in all of our dealings with our clients. 

We are also members of the Consumer Protection Association, which is an organisation backed by the Financial Services Authority (FSA). This provides our customers with an FSA backed insurance guarantee on any payments made to us and on the system warranty. This ensures that our customers have complete peace of mind in making payments to ourselves, and gives them security that they are dealing with a company who has been thoroughly vetted for professional competence and integrity aswell as financial stability.

In 2011, approximately 70 of our installations were independently assessed by the CPA. An enormous 90% of our customers rated our services as either 'Excellent' or 'Very Good' - which was one of the highest scores ever recorded by the CPA. (The remaining 10% recorded 'good' and 'satisfactory'). Prospective customers can verify the quality of our work with the CPA by contacting them.
